  • Contact data: email addresses, phone numbers, parent contact references.
  • Profile data: passport photos for students and staff profiles.
  • Operational data: class assignments, subjects, attendance logs, arrival timestamps, audit trails.
  • Learning data: CBT attempts, scores, question review activity, assignment status.
  • Technical data: device type, app version, IP metadata, and security session logs.

3. How We Use Data

We process data to deliver SchoolerOS features and keep school operations reliable.

  • Authenticate users and enforce role-based permissions.
  • Generate student QR codes and support gate verification.
  • Record attendance and time of arrival for students and staff.
  • Enable secure communication between school authorities, parents, and teachers.
  • Provide learning, CBT simulation, assignment delivery, and academic analytics.
  • Detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and improve platform reliability.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data where necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

  • With the school that controls the account and authorized school operators.
  • With trusted service providers for hosting, messaging, notifications, and infrastructure security.
  • When required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained according to school operational needs, legal requirements, and active contract terms. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in line with secure disposal standards.

SchoolerOS applies administrative and technical controls, including:

  • Role-based access controls across portal and apps.
  • Session protections and credential security controls.
  • Audit logging for sensitive actions.
  • Environment hardening, encryption in transit, and monitored infrastructure.
